I’m New

No matter who you are or where you are on
life’s journey, you’re welcome here!

Worship is central to the life of our church. In the worship of God we express our commitment to the person, work and ministry of Jesus Christ. We gather
in prayer, song, and the Word proclaimed.

Our primary worship service is at 10:00 a.m. on Sunday morning. It is a classic sanctuary service with a robed choir, hymnals, responsive readings, and a sermon. Also on Sunday is a non-traditional, less formal service at 5:00 p.m. We call it “Underground Church”. During the summer months, we also have an early service at 8:30 a.m. in the Barksdale Chapel, a lovely small chapel for 30 people.

We celebrate two sacraments: Baptism and the Lord’s Supper. Communion is served at the 10 a.m. sanctuary service on the first Sunday of each month, and is open to all who feel moved to participate, of any age or background.
